We're a growing health and wellness company with two successful Texas locations and plans to begin franchising in 2027. We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to become the first dedicated member of our lead-conversion team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll help people take the first step toward improving their health and wellness.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to new leads generated through social media, marketing campaigns, referrals, and client outreach
- Building relationships through phone, text, and email communication
- Conducting discovery and screening conversations
- Scheduling consultations and appointments
- Presenting financing options when appropriate
- Collecting booking deposits
- Re-engaging inactive leads and previous clients
- Following up to improve appointment attendance and reduce no-shows
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working closely with leadership to improve conversion rates and client experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in inside sales, appointment setting, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or customer service
- Enjoy speaking with people and building rapport
- Are comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations toward a decision
- Understand the importance of consistent follow-up
- Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Have a positive attitude and growth mindset
- Are passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness
Experience in wellness, medical aesthetics, weight loss, healthcare, fitness, dental, hospitality, or consultative sales is a plus but not required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $12-$15/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission on booking deposits collected
